🚀 Getting Started — 2026–2027

👋 Meet the Teacher Your child meets their teacher on Friday, August 7, from 7:40–8:40 a.m. Parents are welcome to visit the classroom. You'll also receive a carpool tag with your child's name.	🎉 First Day of School Walk your child to class on Tuesday, August 11, from 7:20–7:40 a.m. After that, children enter independently. The PTA will have coffee and breakfast available — for parents too!
🚪 Kinder Entrance The Pre-K and Kindergarten entrance is north of the main entrance, along the carpool line. Staff are present to support your child's independence. Classroom access is limited after the first day.	🏕️ First Week — "Kinder Camp" During the first week, children rotate through all kindergarten classrooms. Don't worry — classroom assignments may occasionally be adjusted for best fit, but friendships form fast regardless!

🌟 PTA & Volunteering

Haggar has an incredibly active PTA and involvement is warmly encouraged! PTA-supported activities throughout the year include Fall Festival, Spring Fling, Talent Show, classroom parties, Dine & Donate nights, Spirit Wear, and community outreach.

All volunteers must complete a background check through VOLY before participating. We recommend completing this early so you're ready to jump in!
