2019-2020 Pre-Kindergarten Registration

What You Need to Register Your New Student:

1. Original Birth Certificate(child must be 4 on or before September 1, 2019)
2. Original Social Security Card (not mandatory)
3. Immunization Record
4. Driver’s License or ID of Parent/Guardian
5. Proof of Residency**
   • A) Current electric/gas bill OR
   • B) Current apartment lease
6. Proof of income
   • A) Current paycheck stub
   • B) Tax return (2018)
   • C) Food stamp documentation (Current SNAP Letter)
   • D) Food & Nutritional Services letter

**Please Note: If occupancy has not been established at time of registration or you do not have the above for Proof of Residency, you may take your “Settlement Statement” from your new home closing paper to the PISD Administration Building to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility before registration can be finalize. Water/cable bills will NOT be accepted. If you are living with someone who resides within the attendance area, a notarized proof of residency form is required along with one of the items mentioned above for a Proof of Residency.
