WATCH D.O.G.S. School Volunteer

will be volunteering on campus Monday through Friday from 7:15 am to 3:00 pm.

Two people can volunteer for each available date and you can volunteer once per child that’s currently enrolled at RMH. This allows all families an opportunity to participate.

The Dads Club is an integral part of the PTA. We depend on you, and the kids absolutely love to see their Dads (or father figure – uncles, grandfathers, etc.) involved.

New for 2019 - WATCH D.O.G.S. Wednesdays

WATCH D.O.G.S. Wednesdays

will be volunteering on campus Monday through Friday from 7:15 am to 3:00 pm.

Volunteers will be on campus every Wednesday from 7:20 am to 8:00 am starting August 28th, 2019 to greet students in morning carpool. This will allow WATCH D.O.G.S. to greet students and have a presence on campus that will hopefully lead to more father figures volunteering at the school.

You may help with WATCHD.O.G.S. Wednesday as often as you would like to particpate. Just make sure you sign up on SignUpGenius to attend.

The Dads Club is an integral part of the PTA. We depend on you, and the kids absolutely love to see their Dads (or father figure – uncles, grandfathers, etc.) involved. You are Role Models helping our children grow and succeed!  You will have fun, and it does not take a lot of your time to make a huge difference.

WATCH D.O.G.S. will be volunteering on campus Tuesday through Friday from 7:15 am to 3:00 pm.  WATCH D.O.G.S. will be limited to one day per family for the school year to allow each dad to have an opportunity to volunteer.

During the day, WatchDOGS may read and work on flash cards with students, play at recess, eat lunch with students, watch the school entrances and hallways, assist with traffic flow and any other assigned activities where they actively engage with not only their own students, but other students as well. Many school principals have reported that the mere presence of a WatchDOG dramatically reduces reports of bullying. On the day of their participation, WatchDOGS are given a brief review of their involvement and they wear an official WATCH D.O.G.S. ® t-shirt.

Please send an e-mail ( watchdogs@rmhpta.org ) with questions or to be added to the email distribution list and be notified when we have announcements.

YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION

With the uncertainty of delivery, we will plan to distribute yearbooks at next year's RMH Meet The Teacher event in August. Pre-ordered yearbooks will be in your child's new classroom, just like school supply orders in the past.

Yearbook orders for this year's 5th graders will be distributed in the gym at Frankford Middle School's Schedule Pickup next August.
