Kinder Round Up Morning Session

Where: Rose Haggar Learning Commons (Library)

What You Need to Register Your New Student:

1. Original Birth Certificate(child must be 5 on or before September 1, 2019)
2. Original Social Security Card (not mandatory)
3. Immunization Record
4. Driver’s License or ID of Parent/Guardian
5. Proof of Residency**
   • a. Current electric/gas bill OR
   • b. Current apartment lease
